Classes

Here are some videos I produced for classes. I had a lot of fun coming up with the ideas and shooting these videos. I also got a lot of practice coordinating projects, sharing work with a partner and accountability in these classes.

I had a lot of autonomy when it came to producing videos for JLMC 307, two of the few stipulations were that one was a how-to and one was a Day in My Life. Being true to myself, I chose to take a comedic approach to all of my videos for this class.

A fun tale of three bros who need to find something to do.
A look at what a typical day might look like for me.
A comedic, yet slightly accurate, take on the daunting process of emailing a professor.

My videos for JLMC 308 were more structured, as this class focused on producing news packages in pairs.

Students share their testimonials of storming Jack Trice Stadium.
This news package features a craft of the month at the Workspace.
Never did I think I’d ever meet someone who was on The Voice. At least not one who I went to school with!
If hitting your peers with foam sticks and weapons is your thing, then do I have the student organization for you...
A feature on how USA Today Editor and Greenlee alum Alex Connor is spreading news in new and innovative ways utilizing the popular TikTok social media app.
A preview of the ISU Theatre’s (now postponed) HERoic Series of shows for the 2019-2020 academic year.
